Anita Sanchez Perry was born on May 3, 1938 in Boerne to Miguel and Jesusa (Hernandez) Sanchez. Anita worked in the home, providing for family. She was known to her family as a wonderful cook and a beloved mom and grandmother. Anita was a member of the Austin Avenue Church of Christ and participated in the Hope Class ministry. She had been a resident of Brownwood since 1985.
Anita is survived by her children, Beatrice Hernandez and husband Thomas of Brownwood, daughter, Terry Lee Perry of Brownwood, son, Walter Louis Perry and wife Elida of Brownwood, Jeanette Garcia and husband Efrain of Ohio, Paul William Perry, Jr. of Brownwood, Javier Dominguez and wife Veronica of Early, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a brother, Thomas Sanchez, brother, Mike Sanchez, Jr., sister, Olga Quintanilla; brother, Arturo Sanchez, sister, Oralia Guerra, sister, Dianna Cantu, and a sister, Maria Villegas.
Anita was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul William Perry, Sr., three sisters, Virginia Lopez, Gracie Sanchez, and Irene Sanchez and two brothers, Robert Sanchez and David Sanchez.
Anita passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 in Brownwood at age 79.
