Funeral services for Judy Burress Hill of Early departed this life on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at 11:30 p.m. after a lengthy battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband, and love of her life, Walter “Dink” Hill of Early; daughter, Toni and husband Wayne of Early; son, Kerry and wife Maxine of Weatherford, and Chad and wife Carla of Early. She is also survived by the pure joys of her life, her grandchildren: Dustin and Sidney of Early, Chase of Early, Austin of Denton, Garret of Weatherford, Kaiden of Weatherford, Kinzey of Brownwood, Ryan of Early, Rylie of Early, and Mckinley of Early. She is also survived by her mother, Joan Cathey of Early. Judy was preceded in death by numerous grandparents and relatives, including her father, Harvey Jones Burress of Decatur and son, Charles Raymond “Chuck” Ford, formerly of Brownwood. She is survived by many friends that she considered among her family. Although they are to numerous to list. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Tanya Boyd of Brownwood and Kathy Karr of Spring. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 18, 2017 at the Heartland Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Ailshie officiating. Interment will follow in the Indian Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
