Gary Donald Waldrep, age 72, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Deerings Nursing and Rehabilitation in Odessa, TX.  He and his twin Larry were born January 7, 1948 to Eunice McIntyre Waldrep and Omer L. Waldrep.  Gary loved everything Western and wanted to be John Wayne.  He was a happy cowboy who loved life.  He enjoyed wearing his Western shirt and watching movies in his Western themed room.  Another favorite character was Woody from Toy Story. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Gwen, and his twin brother Larry. Survivors are his brothers:  Billy Dean Waldrep of Victoria and Bobby Ray Waldrep of May; and sisters:  Frances Downing of McKinney, Wanda Kanton of Conroe, and Maxene Steusser of Victoria. Burial will be held in May, TX at the family plot in May Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel
