Claire Elizabeth Dunsworth was born May 22, 1949 to Harvey & Vera King Dunsworth of Owens Texas. She weighed 2 lbs and 12 oz. She attended school at May and then graduated from Brownwood. She went on to College and became a school teacher, and loved working with young children. She loved singing with the children and especially liked helping with their programs. She took her two nieces, Sandra & Paula, in to finish school when their mother died with heart failure. She loved being a Granny to all the nieces, nephews, and their children. Claire died at Texas Health Southwest Ft Worth Texas Dec 4, 2015. Her cremation ashes will nourish the flowers at Zephyr. Claire has one son, Andrew Dunsworth, and his wife, Jennifer. They live in Stephenville Texas. Claire strived to serve God through her church prison ministry while her health allowed. She loved God and had taught young children many years in church at Granbury before moving to Assisted living in Ft. Worth. Claire leaves behind two sisters to miss her, Jean Dunsworth and Doris Dickerson of Brownwood, and many nieces, nephews, friends, and former students over Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Harvey T and Vera King Dunsworth and one sister, Thelma Estelle Callaway of San Antonio.
